Thanks to our crews and leads for all their hard work keeping our jobsites safe!

Management and field crews have been working really hard to keep our job sites safe!!!  We are now down to a .60 mod factor on our industrial insurance premiums.    This is a huge advantage as our LnI rates are 40% cheaper than new competitors!    We are very proud of our field crews and management teams helping us keep a safe jobsite.

In an effort to more effectively communicate with our crews and clients we are working on creating social media pages.   This may take a while 🙂

Did you know, that all buildings (with the exception of owner occupied homes) are required to have an Asbestos Good Faith Survey prior to not only disturbing any materials on the building, but prior to the building owner receiving bids for the repairs? It’s a fact. Not only is the contractor accountable for having this on record, but the owner may be fined by LNI, as well.

If you are looking to have any remediation performed on your project, a Good Faith Survey is required. The exception to this rule is if it is assumed that asbestos containing materials exist, in which case it would require a licensed asbestos abatement company. A Good Faith Survey is simply a sampling of the materials that will be disturbed sent to an accredited lab. Samples must be obtained by a certified AHERA Inspector.
